For what it’s worth, the Vols held South Carolina well below its season average in points per game and came within a late goal-line stand of stealing away the victory. But believe it or not, scoring touchdowns is a fairly large component of actually winning football games, and quotes like this from the always enigmatic Jones definitely won’t cool his hot seat any.
