I actually like Anwualu. We have quite a few LBs though. I think Perry is probably on the weakside backing up Brown in Bradleys D. I assume Toomer is most likely going to be playing SAM with Ingram at Leo. But Bosa will see time at Leo as well. Bosa is still our best 2 gap player and probably would be best at 5T in the under. We have 4 pass rushers in Bosa, Ingram, Emmanuel and Attaochu. Anwuala i believe was a WR to start at ND. And got better every year after he switched to LB. Last season was very productive with pass breakups and forced fumbles. Made a lot of plays in the backfield as well. He can even get after the QB. Hes a nice little player.

SAM - Toomer
ILB - Perryman/Dzubnar
WLB - Brown/Perry

Even if Attaochu is at SAM you can list him as a DE. Im just seeing a potential spot for Anwualu. I think he will impress us.

Without a stellar camp, I'm thinking Perry's days as a Bolt are numbered.
He showed very little ability in the time he was on the field as a defender( as opposed to ST)

He always looked slow to me.

Nigel Harris is intriguing. Really good fit for Bradley's defense. Sideline to sideline speed. Undersized, overlooked.

And I agree about Perry. He might not make the cut. I don't think he fits the new scheme either. Maybe he can play SAM.

Problem is that Perry has to pick up Bradley's defense and new ST schemes in his second year. I'd like to see if holdover Chris Landrum has anything to offer in STs or as a backup. He did some good things last preseason. I like Onwualu's chances on special teams. Scouts say he has some potential there.

You just cant go around blowing out 3rd and 4th rounders after one season. I saw it mentioned that Tuerk is probably a goner as well. There is something to be said about developing players you draft. If you spend a 3rd on a guy and after one season if you think its a bad pick thats more on TT than it is the player. I just cant see those 2 guys getting cut already.

Picking up Bradley's defense is also everybody elses problem as well so I don't see a disadvantage. At least he is going back to what he was comfortable in.
