    well in hindsight

    1. Williams- I hate drafting receivers this high unless they're transcendent talents (megatron, dez, etc) and I'm not sure Williams is that type of player. I would've drafted Allen but this is me without any real knowledge regarding his medical.

    2. Lamp- obvious pick. Great value.

    3. Feeney- I'm not a fan of Feeney. I don't think he's much different than Chris Watt was. Not particulary strong or athletic. If we were going to take an OL, I would've drafted Dorian Johnson instead but I was honestly hoping for Rayshawn Jenkins

    4. Jenkins- loved it. One of my favorite safeties. Once Josh Jones and Marcus Williams went off the board I was all in on Jenkins.

    5. King- didn't like King as a corner, but I do like him as a safety. This was another value pick and I had no problems with it.

    6. Tevi- never watched him play, so no opinion on him. I wanted Jordan Evans, a cover linebacker from Oklahoma.

    7. I was passed out by this point.

I have no idea. I havent followed this draft. Mostly because there isnt the usual banter about picks because a lot of people stopped caring.

I'll just say that learning about these players they drafted, I thought they did great. Denver radio was sure pissed about the Chargers draft

Who would I have drafted? Bruce Smith, Reggie White, Lawrence Taylor.....haha
I like the guys we have. No buyers remorse. Haven't been this psyched on a draft since Butler-early AJ timeframe.

Allen, Lattimore, Barnett-anyone who could have stepped in day 1 an improved our defense.
I equate the Williams choice with Gordon- good players that we paid too high a price to get.
Still, excited to see how young Mr. Williams works with old man Rivers.
I would have taken Perrine in the 4th as well. Not sure I'm that high on Jenkins. Hope I'm TOTALLY wrong:dunno:

Lattimore has a history of bad hammies.
IMO, Allen fell so far because of his shoulder issues.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

I would have taken the Hooker but you know I really am fine how things transacted. A better backup rb would be nice but i think we have some cheap guys that can fill that role....if gordon goes down though im not feeling confident but who knows who might be cut in june to add.

                That is partly it.

The other issue is that he is never going to be an amazing inside pass rusher. When you look at top, impact draft picks in the top 10, you want a guy who makes a ton of impact plays, and that starts with being a great pass rusher. Allen is a great all around player, but his pass rushing is just good, not great.

That being said, I think the top of the Redskins draft was very good too. Allen (DE 1st) , Ryan Anderson (OLB), Moreau (CB), Perine (RB) and Nichols (S -I like the upside at a position of need).

                    I would have went:

                    McCaffrey KR/RB
                    Forest Lamp OG
                    Cooper Kupp WR
                    Desmond King S
                    Caleb Brantley DL
                    Brad Kaaye QB
                    Harvey-Clemons S/LB

PS - don't dislike our draft, one of our better ones actually.

PSS - also really liked and predict they will be pro-bowlers: Jamal Adams, Zay Jones, Dede Westbrook.
