Im loving the weapons on the offense for the passing game. We just must have the OL protection and the complementary running game to not allow defenses to focus on getting to Rivers. I think Williams will get his fair share for a rookie of play time but unless Allen goes down i dont see him getting as many balls thrown his way as a true #1...just too many good players that are going to be getting open. I do think he will get chances in the end zone though.

Williams needs to learn the playbook and do the right thing 100% of the time to get much playing time. But I see a stud WR for the future.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Me too. As long as we have good depth at running back.

We have substantially better depth at WR. Put your best players on the field. That's a truism in sports.

It does seem like that right now. Have to agree. However, I'm holding out hope that Andre Williams has figured it out finally - mainly that you have to run hard in the NFL -and the Lynn factor of creating good running games out of nothing (not exactly nothing but certainly questionable RB depth). Lynn has done it before. Really looking forward to seeing some sustained push at the LOS from our guards for a change. That can only help the run game. I can only hope. I just hope all our offensive weapons stay healthy for a change.
