Trying to predict who will take someone is hard the day before the draft, much less this early. But would you be surprised if Cleveland, the Jets or Arizona picked a QB with their first round pick? None of those teams have a real starting QB, unless you are sold on Kizer. The Chargers and Saints will need QBs to replace their aging starters at some point so that isn't totally out of the question either.

I think someone will over draft Jackson just don't let it be us unless he falls to the 6th or 7th round, Jackson has receiver written all over him and if he is smart he will accept position change or else end up like Terrelle Pryor being stubborn thinking he was a QB and wasted his first 3 years till converting

I am guessing that you are only judging that based on his production on the field?
Production is what it is ultimately about, but since college QB have to take a huge step up, judging them on how they read defenses, and their mechanics is a better judge of future production than their college stats are.
When I watch Jackson, he doesn't do much right in either category. He pretty much just throws to his first read, staring him down. I don't see his head scanning back and forth, going from receiver to receiver. The only time he doe is when he gets flushed right/left and extends a play, then you see him looking for his receivers since they are breaking off their routes on the scramble. And when I look at his mechanics, he does some things that really make his throws slow down. He doesn't deliver the pass quickly. When he is rushed his passes are all over the place. Not that lets that happen, because usually when he feels any pressure he just takes off and runs.
Jones is not a great passer, but even when he was in Ohio State, he was a better pocket passer than Jackson. he looks at receivers, and you always see his head going from receiver to receiver. His mechanics are not amazing, and he has some slingshoty stuff at the top of his release, but basically he is somewhat clean, although he doesn't always step into his throw like he should (too much grip and rip). Jones can run, but he is a basically a pocket passer who knows how to use his legs. Some of his better throws will come with the pocket coming down around him, and he stands in and delivers.
Allen is another guy who is similar to Cardale Jones in my book. The guy I think looks like he is closest to being an NFL QB right out of the gate is Kyle Lauletta based on his better mechanics. Allen certainly passes the eyeball test.
Only time will tell on who the better QB is in the Watson vs Trubisky thing too. Watson played in an offense that had a lot of motion and run action in it. That is great as long as you can sustain a running game, but there are going to be times when you can't run a double reverse action because no one is going to bite on it. Watching Watsons highlights, a lot of his throws are him getting lucky throwing into double coverage (all QB do it to an extent, so it isn't a sure fire kiss of death), or to guys who are wide open. Hopkins and Fuller make a lot of big plays downfield vs man coverage, a luxury that Trubisky didn't have. 12 of Watson's 18 TD came in a 3 game stretch, vs Cleveland, KC and Tenn, none of whom got any real pressure against Watson. I'm not saying that Watson won't be great or better than Trubisky, but the fact is RG3 was a pro bowl QB as a rookie. Vince Young was the 2006 rookie of the year .... time will tell.

Drafting any QB in the first round imo is a bad pick. Rivers has 3-4 seasons left. Just sign a better backup than Clemens which shouldnt be hard. Foles, any of the three Vikings QBs, AJ McCarren, Matt Moore, Chase Daniel, Trade for Trevone Boykin or hec, even sign Osweiler as a backup for a season or two. Still better than Clemens.11 Brock Bowers TE - Georgia
