You can say that, I know it felt that way during the game, but scan through the log, and I think you will see you are wrong. There are far more 2nd and 3rd and longs, then 2nd and 3rd and shorts. We lost the game on pass D. Not that our run D was great, and our tackling in space was not good, but it was the 3rd and whatevers that killed us, not just 3rd and shorts.
