As he's coming down and landing on the leg, the S smashes into his knee. There was no way to protect himself from a potentially devastating knee injury. He's lucky if it's only an ankle sprain.

that is football. Nothing cheap about it IMO. It wasn't late, want defenseless. I mean come on, they' all ready have it so u pretty much need to let the receiver catch the damn ball and make a play before u can make contact.

U mean game 3 when the starters play in most cases the first half? Shocked. I will go out on a long limb and predict this weekend has the highest % game attendance of the pre-season. The Chargers had no less attendance by % than any other team. This is a hack job of a "story".

Obviously. I was somewhat referring to the fact that Seattle never had attendance numbers when they were losing. I dont think the 3rd preseason game in Seattle would be as loaded as it is now if the team had sucked over the last 5 years.
