Chargers open as 4 pt favorites over the Saints

They were pretty bad. So bad that Gruden actually said they were playing bad.

That said, the Colts defense is awful too.

I expect a hard fought, drag em out, 16-13 game next week. Not sure who's winning.

Well, I have a real hard time thinking we can hold the Saints offense to 13 or 16 points. I'm also not sure we can put up points like the Falcons did.

If you take away fantasy football stats, Brees is right there with the worst QBs in the league and has been for a couple of seasons now. Rivers makes some WTF decisions at a rate of maybe 1-2 per game. Brees makes a couple every quarter. The numbers are always there but that's because the saints will get down three scores or get a lead and Brees will totally screw it up. Last night is a prime example where the falcons D couldn't stop a paralympic team from marching down the field but Brees throws two picks that were up there with the worst passes of all time. He is crap, but so is the Chargers pass D. Play the alternate total at over 67.5 or so and watch it get there in the 3rd quarter.

Our safeties need to step up their game every one we played the opponents TE has had at least 65 yards or more. This could be a shoot out and may come down who has last possesion, we haven't don well in last possession games when is the last time it came down to us winning one of these last possession games

Our defense is going to get shredded and look for the Saints to actually have a big day on the ground. Just don't think with all of the injuries to our play makers that the offense will be able to keep up. We seem to be a solid 21-28 points per game type of offense and I don't think that will be enough this week.
