Watching preseason games in San Diego

ABC7 Los Angeles will air them there, do any one of you have any idea how to watch them in San Diego?, I don't mind if they are televised or streamed later but I don't want to subscribe to nfl.com or anything like that.

EDIT: I live in Tijuana, I don't get cable where we live so I have a long range HD antenna that sometimes picks up LA stations, but I've only seen Fox and NBC

3rd game is cbs and nationally televised. The first 2 will be on NFL Network live.

Hey, also in Tijuana, last year I paid 99 dlls* for the entire preseason, season, playoffs, totally worth it for me. Got tired of streaming via atdhe.

*Got a better FOREX rate by paying in dlls vs pesos.

I tried the DirecTV pass a few years back....it was so oversubscribed nobody was getting through and if you did it was so pixelated you couldnt watch. Hopefully they have realized screwing people over for money on a legal product AND not delivering isnt a very good business model. I'm on the streamsmart box now and it has been pretty decent.

I have used the International GP for several seasons. Love it. Great picture here and like being able to replay games during the week.

I am kind of surprised none of the local stations want to pick up these games. The team would be smart to get the games on TV in this market

I have a feeling the TV stations in San Diego dont want to be the "traitor" to want to book them. I'm sure its difficult to predict the TV ratings for a team that vacated a market....im sure there are plenty of fans that will want to see it but without a station giving it a go its hard to know what their viewership will be to be worth the NFL costs they undoubtedly have to pay.

Based on a commercial on Channel 8.1 (KFMB-HD, CBS), it looks like the preseason games will be on 8.2 (KFMB-CW). The commercial is lobbying DirecTV to carry that channel in HD, as the CW programming had been moved from Channel 6.1, which went to Spanish programming.
