rugger, you need to PM blue thunder your email address. then you click on the link he gives you (league invitation) and it takes you to the league.

Go to blue thunder's personal message page or whatever by clicking on his name. You'll be able to write your email there. Then check back at the same place for the league invitation link. Don't expect it in your email. Just go to blue thunder's PM again and click on the link he gives you.
