Helluva yardstick game, they're consistently making the plays to win we are not. Just need to tackle and block, like always...maybe Lynn's gotten it into their heads enough this past week?

Pivotal game of the season for us, we need this one to keep faint playoff hopes alive.

Agree big game for Chargers. IMHO Chargers must go 6 and 2 in last half, to have a chance at playoff. Still a chance.

The Chiefs have been living and dying on the big plays, with big gainers with Hill, Hunt and Kelsey, and huge defensive lapses. It still would be tough to pass them, but it can be done. The Chargers can't miss on the head-to-heads against the Bills and Jags if they want to sneak in as a wild card.

Jags have a pretty good defense, but their O is average at best without Fournett. The Chargers have to contain him, otherwise it will be a long sad day.

Chargers need to go 2-0 the next two weeks if they want to be in the playoff discussion.

Getting Perryman back is going to be yuge for the D. No way Bortles can beat the Chargers by himself, so they must contain Fournett.

Rivers is 6-0 against the Jags

I'm pretty sure Rivers and the Chargers lost @ Jacksonville in 2007

The Chargers can probably only lose 2 more games (a 9-7 wildcard team this year seems likely)... but they still have to play at KC and at Dallas

Key in this game is to stop Fournette in the running game, I think we can get enough pressure on Bortles to make him look like a rookie. The Jags D will be tough but I think Rivers is due for a really good game he hasn't had a 300 yard game since week 4 and Melvin Gordon should be healthy coming off the bye.

                I don't think 9-7 will make it.

We need to be 10-6 so 7-1 for the rest of the games...

                Go Bolts!!!

Totally agree minimum 10-6 I still get pissed thinking about that Miami game two miss FG by Koo and missed the game winner this may be the game that comes back to haunt us.

There will be two wildcard teams obviously. If you look at these teams schudules (Buf, Oak, Den, Chargers, Jacksonville and or Titans, Jets Dolphins, Ravens) all potential wildcard teams, most of them are on pace for 9-7 8-8

Isn't that that standard modus operandi for the bolts
