So he laughed after the game in response to something the other kicker said to him? Wow, that seems petty as hell. Big deal. Chargers might want to think about re-prioritizing for players that can actually get the job done - and forget about who's laughing or crying or whatever.

I hope they practice full ST kicking units simulating real game situations with all these guys. Job is in the line pressure. Some way so they arent just free kicking without being rushed. I dont care if Aguano is there...if he can show he has honed his craft and has the right attitude and maturity thats fine. Kickers dont grow on trees and few come right out the gates kicking 85-90% is my guess. Unless we go with an older vet there will be risk with any of the younger guys having a learning curve so they will miss some kicks due to inexperience. So its a win now with a Novak type guy vs win later long term with a newby and expect pain here and there.
