Chargers now #1 team in AFCW

Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
    The Wasted Decade is done.
    Build Back Better.

Gruden should make a HUGE difference with Carr and the O.
If the Turds D shows up, they'll be better.

Raider hype will be off the charts with Gruden. Whether deserved or not is yet to be seen.

The Chargers still have to prove to everyone that Lynn can raise the bar another level, they have to continue and build from last season. Being disrespected by the media should help so I am good with not being front runners again.

With FA'cy and the draft pending im not willing to make any statements on who is the best team but we are right up there. I dont think Cousins will end up in Denver but who knows.

While I think we might be the best team (on paper), all of the teams are kinda close enough that I don't think anyone is out of the running.

Oakland has to play better on the OL, get Carr in position to make more plays and start playing D.
Denver needs to get better on the OL.
KC has to show Mahommes can be a real QB and play better on D.

We need to play better D and do better on the OL. Protecting Rivers and improving the run blocking would go a long way towards beating KC. It's why we lost both games last year. A top SS prospect to matchup against Hunt wouldn't hurt either. A DT to compliment Bosa and Ingram wouldn't hurt either.

We lost both games last year because we only scored 23 points. Our QB has thrown 6 TD's and 13 INT's in the 8 game losing steak to KC. The D and OL aren't our problem against them.

How is that not the OL?

We are flatly outcoached by KC. Period.

So the solution is what? Go put our heads in the sand and surrender?

The int's and inability to move the ball, ground and air are because we can't block their front 7, especially when they stunt or blitz. Fixing that and then tackling on D would go a long way to winning both of last years games.
