Culkin did look pretty good. He's feisty.

If we keep two kickers, we're sacrificing a promising young player. I think it also means we don't really have any kickers the team trusts.

1 kicker....we have weeks yet for 1 to prove himself. It looks like Aguayo has been more consistent so far. Will see tonight. My guess is Aguayo does FGs tonight and Sturgis extra points.

Im curious who is doing kickoffs. Who did last week?

IIRC, they each handled the kicks in one half.

ST Jones...so far I like his instincts. He gets upfield quickly vs dancing atound. Seemed to handle punt and kickoff duties well. Not a small frame either but fast hitting the hole and seeing the field when cutting back. I think he earned a spot already.

Newsome looks like a good fit. Hits the hole hard and was used as a receiving outlet too so versatile. Makes for an interesting battle.

Defensively Im having a tougher time picking someone. I hope our drafted rookies step up especially on the line, liuget being suspended opens up a spot for his replacement to get establshed.

JJ Jones is honestly too good at returns to cut, IMO.

            Scott made plays again.

Be nice to see all 3 of the RBs fighting for the 3rd spot.

Also: not a question mark, but good showing from Derek Watt. I like him.

Agree about Jones. Decisive and has wheels.

Jones is Welker 2.0, with that being said, I fully expect the Chargers to release him.

Has Jones seen the field as a WR yet?

I think Jones locked up his spot against Seattle. I really like Scott, and hope he is on the final roster. Newsome looks good, which makes me worry about Jackson's place. Not being able to compete in a game is really gonna hurt him, and I think he would be a really good back up for Gordon.

After 2 games, of pretty much only doing returns, I love Jones.

Scott still have the best chance at WR #5, though.

I think JJ brings something different with his return skills. If he keeps that up, I see him getting a spot over Scott. And I hate to say that because Scott can help this team.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
