I was in the Diminican Republic last year on vacation and really hadnt had a lot of exposure to yoga. Went to probably 5 sessions in a cabana overlooking the ocean...found my zen garden. Absolutely love it...just havent started it up since...why are yoga places so bloody expensive? Pushing 50 soon and yoga really helps all my soreness and is awesome for core muscle devrlopment. I need to take it up.

Thanks Floyd...might just check that out. I have a trx which is great but I do prefer following along in a class format. This aint yo mamas yoga sounds like a good blend of yoga and other core excercises. Wirth giving a shot.
