he did get exposed, but ive always viewed him as more of a coverage guy vs a down hill thumper. Idk why lsu blitzed him so much i guess it was hollyfield running theough them..
By chance did battle impress you?? I paid close attention to him to replace addae and i saw him get caught not following his assingment. Giving uo the td when he couldnt get his hips swotched after buting on the fake inisde step. I worry hes a in the box safety. But ill concede that the game against georgia was fhe first gsme i really watched him and looked for him.

and jaquan johnson from miami, kid is a play maker around the ball. Both are day 2 safetiesMy 2021 Adopt-A-Bolt List

I saw johnson from north Alabama, but his tackling is highly suspect. Right now hes a pure free safety you cant move him around.
Jaquan is that dude, but hes only 5 ft 10 idk if gus would be high on him, even tho hes a play maker. If hes not picking the ball off. Hea making yhe tackle and trying to strio it before thwy hut the ground.
Chauncey i just love how clean and fast he breaks on the ball, his anticipation is off the charts. Tackling is suspect at best, he always goes for the knock out shots often leading to missed tackles, but hes fiery.
Jaquan and chauncey are my favorite as of right now in the season, it might change as the season moves on but there my 1 a and 1b. I love talking about draft proapects makes bith the chargers and college football even more interesting.

Ohio State football: Nick Bosa will focus on NFL instead of possible return to Buckeyes, sources say
Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa and his family apparently have decided to focus on the next phase of his football career, which means his emphasis will be on training for the 2019 NFL draft once he is cleared to do so, several sources told The Dispatch on Tuesday.
That means he will not try to return to play for the Buckeyes this season.
The preseason All-America suffered a core muscle injury in the win against Texas Christian at Arlington, Texas, on Sept.15. He underwent surgery in Philadelphia late the next week to repair the injury, and he has been on the mend since.
The sources said that Bosa met with OSU coach Urban Meyer and some of his staff on Sunday to let them know of the decision he, his father John Bosa and the family had reached about his future. John Bosa told The Dispatch two weeks
Nick Bosa, who was voted a captain this season and already had accumulated four sacks, scored a touchdown by recovering a fumble, and had caused a fumble recovered for a touchdown by a teammate before the injury, has been projected as one of the top picks in the 2019 draft. To put that in perspective from a financial standpoint, the top three picks from the 2018 draft signed contracts worth $30 million or more.

so om looking st the middle line backers in the draft, who does everyone like??
josh allen-more of a 3-4 outside backer, but he seems like he can cover
Devin white- got exposed against georgia getting washed out of the play, but i still like his coverage ability.
devin bush- 5 ft 11 quick to diagnose plays, talk about coverage, hes got that, i just dknt know if he can play the middle at 5 ft 11
Tre lamar- quick, fast, secure tackler, more of a down hill player.
cam smith- hes slow, but he remjnds me of brian cushing when he was at usc
