You could also just try a different browser than Chrome.

Firefox worked for me, when Chrome didn't, but its a big app. You might want to try Dolphin or Opera.

Actually the Samsung stock browser is pretty good but i use Chrome. For those that dont have Samsung, id use Firefox if Chrome isnt working for you.
