I do think this will all blow up, because Raiders.11 Brock Bowers TE - Georgia

Not to mention he also gave up a 3rd round pick for a WR, that he first cut.....then brought back and then he ended up getting suspended from the league lol. Awesome use of a draft pick.11 Brock Bowers TE - Georgia

I actually like Mayock as a tv draft analyst. But that is as far as it goes for me. But realistically what real, qualified G.M. would want to go to the Raiders and be told what to do by Gruden?
TGLike, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

Looks like they had three starters go on IR, and then Foster being Foster which was a big risk pick anyways. Not that bad really compared to other teams.11 Brock Bowers TE - Georgia

He traded up to draft Foster. Then when Foster started having issues he didn't go far enough to make sure those issues wouldnt happen again.
He got lucky with the Garropolo trade because Tom Brady wanted him gone and Kraft found a team to send him to.
Then there are the drafts:
2017(One good pick, thats it. And failed with the 3rd pick in the draft and then took a huge risk that failed)
Round 1(#3): DL Solomon Thomas: A huge bust for the #3 pick
Round 1: Linebacker Reuben Foster. Trade up for a player no longer on the team or any team
Round 3: CB Ahkello Witherspoon: Awful
Round 3: QB C.J. Beathard: Did not play well when given the opportunity
Round 4: RB Joe Williams: No longer on the team
Round 5: TE George Kittle: Awesome
Round 5: WR Trent Taylor: The rest of the draft has not done anything
Round 6: NT D.J. Jones
Round 6: LB Pita Taumoepenu
Round 7: S Adrian Colbert
2018(One good pick and one OK pick, although tough to fail on a top 10 pick like he did the year before)
Round 1(#9): OT Mike McGlinchey: Up and down season
Round 2: WR Dante Pettis: Not much of an impact
Round 3: LB Fred Warner: Good pick, good player
Round 3: CB Tarvarius Moore: meh
Round 4: DL Kentavius Street: The rest of the draft has not done anything
Round 5: S D.J. Reed
Round 6: S Marcell Harris
Round 7: DL Jullian Taylor
Round 7: WR Richie James
Thats 2 drafts with 2 good players, 1 player that is still undecided. And 16 picks that have not been good.
