    Gone: Phillips, Gates, Mebane, Verrett
Tough Call: Tyrell Williams will depend on price, same for Perryman (I expect he will be affordable)
We sign: Philon, Davis, Emmanuel, Williams

I hope they are gone but thanks: Donnie Jones & Geno Smith

Id like to keep Mebane if affordable. Williams bros I want. Adrian P for sure...he has played well. Pholin, Square and Perriman are a good core and i think all should be affordable. The rest i think are replaceable but probably cheap to retain. Maybe Pullard as a backup.

Phillips would be priority. Square & Philon, pick one and let the other walk (Jones deserves more time). T.Will probably not worth the $$ he's going to get.
Trev. Williams is a RFA so he'll be back.
Everyone else.....not all that concerned about.

RESIGN = AP, Mebane, Perryman, Philon, G. Davis, Watkins.

          TENDER = Trevor Williams

RESIGN IF = TyWill (I think he will get big offers in FA and leave) - depending on demand/contract via FA (ideally 4yr $25mil), Verrett - on a 2yr $4mil deal w/0 guaranteed (1st year $700K base w/$500K incentives, 2nd year $2mil base w/800K incentives), Emanuel if no FA options are attainable.

          TRADE/RESTRUCTURE/CUT = Addae, Liuget, TB12

FA - looking to upgrade and/or provide depth at FS, OT, LB, & QB.

I would love to upgrade Addae, but Liuget already restructured his contract and has a year left a $4 million. That is not an unreasonable contract and he was playing very well before getting hurt.

I have his 2019 cap # at $9.5mil ( $4mil base, $4mil roster bonus, $1.5mil in signing bonus-prorated). This leaves us with only a $1.5 dead money and a net $8mil cap savings. I would use part of this savings on a long term deal for Philon. If Corey is willing to go at about $2-$3 mil a year on a 1-2 year deal then resign him to compete for a job.

I’d really like to see Phillips back. As well as Square, Philon, Perryman, Emanuel and both Williams.

You are correct - I misread the numbers.

                      Keepers for sure
                      Adrain Phillips
                      Darius Philon

                      Keepers possibly
Perryman- seems to be the new Verrett he is injured more times than not, and we may be okay with White and Brown in place of him
Trevor Williams - due to us having no depth at corner, and hopefuly he can bounce back and I think we move on from Verrett
Tyrell Williams - if he doesn't break the bank, seems to have faded in our use in the offense and Hunter Henry will be back,he is our only true deep threat minus Benjamin hands of stone who will be released just depends on the $$$
Jalen Watkins- should come cheap if healthy and I though he would supplant Addae before he was lost for the season

All other guys on the list see ya, and guy that aren't on the list I would say see ya are Addae and Travis Benjamin.

                        Resign:
                        Tyrell
                        Perryman
                        Philon
                        Phillips
                        Square

                        Tender: Trev Williams

                        Let go:
                        Mebane
                        Geno Smith
                        Jones
                        Pullard
Emanual (dont know why they wont move him to DE, dont like him as a LB)
                        Verrett
Benjamin (wasnt on the list but he isnt productive. Like to see Davis or Scott get his reps)

Whatever they do with the rest is whatever.

Geremy Davis could be T Williams replacement. Id like to keep T williams, but the salary cap may require his money be used elsewhere. There’s also Cantrell coming along.
Moving to LA is not a good business decision, it’s a death sentence.

TyWill May get some serious $ thrown his way in FA. For that reason I believe he will leave. I think he’s worth a 3-4 year deal averaging $5-$7 mil. In FA I won’t be surprised to see some 8 figures per year offered for his services.

KA13, MikeDub, G. Davis, Cantrell, A. Scott are not a bad group to head into next season especially with a healthy HH. I want a late round/UDFA burner in the offseason as well.

As I said, I like T Williams, but Id rather use his money on a guard.

Me as well. Not sure what it will take and doubt the Bolts make a big run at him but he is my #1 FA target.
Still has a couple solid years left. He’s a leader, playmaker, and could help transition a draft pick as his understudy.

The only way we have a chance at Earl Thomas is if Dallas isn't interested in him. If they are, that's where he is going.
