I get that Lynn is not a big Xs and Os guy...but doesn't he have some say as the HEAD coach to tell his coordinators to change it up if something isn't working?

I know AL is still learning the ropes, but you see guys like Reid, McVay, Peyton, Belicheck and they're all strategists. Maybe AL shouldn't defer so much to his coaches.
