Censoring Profanity

It doesn't matter to me, either way. I rarely post profanities, or do that personally, I just think most literate people can express themselves without resorting to an f-bomb. If someone is using profanity, as in every other word, it makes me feel sad for our educational system. But swear words do cut to the chase, especially around friends.

I wonder if there is a technical way that members can individually apply a swear filter to not read words they don't want to see. Enforced global filters aren't acceptable to me, though.

I like things the way they are. I don't find the swearing to be much at all. If someone thinks the swearing on this board is a lot, and too much to want to participate as a member, then that's their prerogative, but I'd say they would be missing out on the best Bolts board around.

And saying we post porn?.....well, I prefer to not have that person on this board. Selma in her bra is porn? Hec no, that's just sexy and she was a big hit at the NFLForum. We posted a lot more than what we have of her here.
Now a few smilies we can do without as I've never used those....and even then, they don't offend me. I don't work in an office so cussing is an everyday thing in my line of work......and at home lol.
