all he did was try hard and excell when healthy.

I don't think it's anger but more frustration. We all have seen what he could do when he was on the field and he was healthy but when you only averaged 5 games a year well you can understand people frustration with him.

So, according to the article, it was just a minor sprain. I'm not sure this is worth the newsprint. I thought it would be something much more severe. I hope he can come back and play the whole season. He seemed like a pretty good guy. I think he gave Fleet a jersey to give away on this site. I could be wrong about that, though.

I liked Verrett and had high hopes for him but he didn't have an NFL body. He was on IR in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Played 4 games in 2016, 1 game in 2017 and never played a game in 2018 but collected over $8mm for 2018.
