Younghoe Koo scores the first points of the AAF

There are two things you can say about Atlanta kicker Younghoe Koo: 1) GREAT name. 2) He scored the first points, ever, for the AAF. Koo nailed a 38-yard attempt in the first quarter against the Orlando Apollos to give the Legends a 3-0 lead. The former Georgia Southern player spent one season with the Chargers in the NFLbefore joining the Legends.

I think he will end up having a good career. Just needs another shot!

Novak & Rose are also kickers in the AAF.

Good for kickers....its a very mental game for kickers so practice practice practice can mature the kids game. Koo wasnt ready for the NFL....given time maybe. We appear to have a keeper now....it was painful getting there but I love the football player attitude and hes not afraid to kick when the chips are down...cant teach that.

Having that FG attempt blocked in his Bolt days may have messed with Koo's head...yes...he has the talent, just needs to build up confidence...

Some other ex Chargers in the SD/ SA game. Bercovici, RB Kenneth Farrow, WR Nelson Spruce, OT Brett Boyco, TE Cole Hunt.

Brandon Oliver plays for Salt Lake City as does Tenny Palepoi.
