With the signing of Tyrod, I don't think we will be drafting a QB. At least not in the top rounds. Didn't think we would before we signed Tyrod though. Maybe a late rounder to develope for a few years as a backup.11 Brock Bowers TE - Georgia (plus AZ 2025 1st)

What about Russel Wilson? Just kidding.
The Chargers wont even get close to drafting Murray. He'll be long gone. And I doubt TT would do it anyway. Rivers is an iron man and Murray would impact the dynamic Rivers has going.
TGLike, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

Not a middle of the pack guy, but a guy that can potentially be a top ten or five quarterback in the league. At that point I could understand it if we moved up because they would get to sit behind Rivers for a year. But conversely I would question the logic because we might as well use our draft capital on strengthening our team and we can look at next year's draft for our future quarterback, and we even now have Tyrod Taylor to fall back on as a bridge quarterback if Rivers gave the nod.
What type of quarterback will our team target to replace Rivers?
If there's anyone we trade up for, perhaps in next year's draft. I hear that Trevor Lawrence kid is pretty good.

I'm not putting the possibility of trading up for Murry out of reach.
giving Tyrod Taylor that much money on day one of free agency reeks of an unexpected announcement as mentioned above (Rivers putting in a season notice)
Taylor could be brought in here to mentor his second first-round OU quarterback in as many seasons.Gimmie Bower Power!!
