EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Embattled quarterback Geno Smith lost his cool after the New York Jets' third straight loss, shouting an obscenity at a heckler as he walked off the field Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

"F--- you!" Smith yelled at the fan moments after the Jets' 24-17 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Footage of the incident, caught on camera by WCBS 2 New York, shows Smith -- with his helmet off -- glaring into a crowd before spewing the profane response. The heckler isn't seen on camera, and there is no audio of the fan yelling at Smith.

The jets blitz packages will be a major test for an OL that has struggled physically to get people blocked. The only good thing was that Legusky seem to play a pretty good mental game making the line calls, which was a major victory. Still, he has to take his game up a notch, plus adjust to playing a zone scheme, so he still has a ton of work to do this week.

I really hope they don't play Vick against us. I mean, I really really don't hope it plays out like "Vick comes in to give em a spark." I've seen the Bolts Vs Running QBs movie over the years too much... And yes, we beat Seattle, BUT the Bolts weren't such a M*A*S*H unit then, either.

I wouldn't even try to run the ball. That D line is a fucking wall vs. The run. They aren't great pass rushing, but they shut the run down better than anyone in the league.

I would come out throwing vs the depleted secondary of the Jets. They may be worse than the Jags secondary.

Jets have the number one rush defense in the league. With the way Ryan loves to blitz and how bad the middle of our line has been, I expect we will have a lot of trouble on offense.
