Yeah,
He was close to our MVP two years ago with all his 3rd down catches going for 1st downs. Smarts ain't speed, quickness and youth, but it counts for something.Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

It's tough for me to preemptively criticize Telesco for this move in light of how the season is panning out so far with all of the injuries etc. I'll be interested to see how this works out.Comment

I do think he's done rushing the ball, but he has value in pass protection and as as safety valve in the short passing game. If Oliver goes down, we need someone to play on third downs (assuming Draughn plays on rush downs).
At this point, his knowledge of the system has tremendous value.
Please, just don't rush the ball with him Reich!
