Condolences C4L (iirc... Fred). Today's state funeral reminds me that however high you are, or just ordinary joe blow, people care when their loved ones are gone.

BIG....was the 1st movie, directed by a woman, to gross $100 mil at US box offices.
We lost a great talent in Penny.

I thought this was going to be a Super Dave post.

Both were parts of my childhood. I remember trying to imitate Super Dave when I was in school. Not the stunts but the keeping a straight face no matter what anyone said.

And Mean Gene was awesome. Always getting into it with the wrestlers. Thats the only era of wrestling I know.

Mean Gene and Super Dave on the same day... woah. Two guys that I really liked. Rest well.

I am a history buff and found Downfall to be a very interesting movie.
                        Creepy but must see.

A colleague of Patrick Caddell says the pollster who helped propel Jimmy Carter in his longshot bid to win the presidency has died. He was 68.

I really liked this guy because he was upfront & honest. Didn't care what anyone else thought or his own party thought, he was his own guy. RIP.
