GBN Big Board - Final version !!!

Long awaited, much referenced, GBN Big Board is now available ... hot off the press.

As you will recall, the GBN Report consistently scores the highest, or amoung the highest, year after year, in predicting the most prospects drafted and roughly their ranking.

The list is useful in predicting draft clusters, rough rankings of who will go when, and team reaches/value picks ... and the best prospects still on the board at the end of each round ... and free agent prospect signings after the draft.

    2017 GBN Big Board

    Updated: April 24, 2017
X indicates player has an injury concern that could impact draft status
O indicates player has an off-field issue that could impact draft status
(Note: The GBN rankings, including the Big Board, reflect as much as possible
what we are hearing as to how NFL teams have players graded and not necessarily how we have them graded internally.)

    2 Solomon Thomas DE 6-3, 273 Stanford
    3 Jamal Adams FS 6-0, 214 LSU
    4 Jonathan Allen DE 6-3, 286 Alabama (X/DT/5T)

My preferred cluster. I'm hoping for Adams or Allen. We'll see.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
    The Wasted Decade is done.

And just in case you don't remember, in the 2016 draft, the GBN report picked:

23 of the top 31 (1st round) = 74% and on average within 7.7 picks of where they were actually selected

43 of the top 50 = 86% and on average within 6.1 picks of where they actually went

53 of the top 63 (1st 2 rounds) = 84% within 7.2 picks of where they were actually selected

80 of the top 98 (1st 3 rounds) = 82% within 9.6 picks of where they were actually selected

Out of their top 100 prospects 99 were drafted = 99% and within 9.9 picks of where they actually went
