I was thinking the same thing myself and that included the loss @AZ, but we made that up the next week. I had the losses @DEN and @MIA in my prognostics, but not the home loss to KC. That 1 game difference could mean the playoffs, unless we pull of another upset to get back on pace.

Not really a hard concept to follow. I will give you a mulligan on this one.

Cardinals counts as a mulligan because they had a good chunk of their defensive starters out...we even had a thread complaining about how are the cardinals even favored against us, so the number of posters here who thought highly of the cardinals was slim

Hanik Mulligan was pretty good ST player.

This game is a lot harder than what it look like on paper early in the season. They gave Peyton Manning grieve last Sunday, we better be able to run the ball, I think our D will be up to the task, but our O has been sputtering, having Ryan Mathews back is huge this game because with that front four and River ribs\not so stellar play we absolutely must be able to pound them on the ground.

No, what I meant was it was Opening Day, we had only the pre-season to make a determination about how good the Cardinals MIGHT have been. There was no "are" about it. Weren't we favored in that game? Or very close (like they had the home field 3 pts, so it was really a wash).

We know they're a good team NOW, after 10 games. But I don't think anyone thought they'd be the best team in the NFL (arguably) after 10 weeks.

Two things that really work in our favor in this game - we have them at home not in St Louis where they are much better defensively. Secondly, right now Denver's running game is worse than ours is and if we can run against a mediocre rush defense we can limit how many times Rivers is exposed.

In all seriousness, this game is a total mismatch in the Rams favor (on paper).

This will be an extremely difficult game. If we can get by with a win I would feel better about our chances on going on a mini-run against our remaining opponents.

Good thing the game will be on grass. Seriously, though, how are you culling the stats to show that the Rams should be better?
