Winfield was a Padre before my time and doesn't have the post-season Padre heroics that Caminiti has. Winfield is more famous for being a Yankee. But him choosing to go to the Hall as a Pad should count for something.

After the Schimpf-fest last night, the Pads are on pace to finish 69-93. Not only are we on pace to not come very close to losing 100 games this year, we are also on pace to have 69 in our record and to have all digits in our record divisible by the number 3.
