From Mayok. Completely different from CBS.
5. Corey Davis, WR, Tennessee Titans (from Los Angeles Rams)
Analysis: "He wasn't even able to work out since his college season. Had an ankle injury. So the NFL just pulled the trigger on a receiver from the MAC that they weren't even able to work out."
7. Mike Williams, WR, Los Angeles Chargers
Analysis: "Mike Williams is all about separating with length, power and catch radius. He's a dominating, physical presence. He's a back-shoulder guy. You'll love him in the red zone."Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
The Wasted Decade is done.

I really like the pick and yet again TT brought in the guy for a visit. I thought only bringing in Allen and Williams from the cluster was a smokescreen or trade. Nope, Tommy Telegraph put it right out there to see again.
Note that the only 2nd rounders he's brought in in the past were guys we traded up in 2nd for. Dawkins and Lamp would fit that this year. Our straight up 2nds didn't visit.

I still think Safety will be there in the 3rd. I like Obi and Kevin King a lot. I think King could be a stud Single High Safety and cover outside and in the slot. But if Cam or Lamp are there in the 2nd we may be able to set and forget the offense for a while. Really work on the defense in the 3rd and 4th rounds. As well as early next year. If you want to put drafting a new QB on the backburner....solidifying the OL and getting a monster WR like Williams can really extend Rivers career. Id love to see 4 more years out of Rivers. So lets make it easy on him and i think that may be what we are trying to do this draft.

I stayed out of this today because I felt my negative attitude would sour the thread.
When Adams went to the Jets I was surprisingly pissed. I guess thats better than feeling nothing, right?
Williams aint a bad consolation prize.Dean Spanos Should Get Ass Cancer Of The Ass!

On 1360, Rivers said he would be concerned for his time with the team if a QB was taken in the first round. I appreciate the honesty. He said it wouldn't concern him if a QB was taken in the 2nd or later as he is expecting the team to plan for the future.
