I read though most posts, and not seen this as a major problem. The negative guys have pretty much stayed out of the main forum. Trolls are pretty obvious, but there haven't been anyone doing that against other members.

Let me know when it happens and if they dont respond to your very respectful approach to it let me know. Im not trying to go to war with any of the non supporters who i still call friends. Ive always stated this is more than just a football forum. But im trying to lead us into the next phase of the Powderblues. Which is a Charger Forum. I think most understand that. Our own staff is going to take a hit from this. We have had a good amount of time to get through the initial shock. Its now time to accept and move on one way or the other.

Let me know if i can help in any way. And remember to moderate this place with Aloha. Which is a way of life for me. I have had my moments of rage. lol But usually its in response to an asshole here or there.
