Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that the Chargers are waiving QB Max Duggan on Monday to make room for newly signed QB Will Grier. Pelissero adds that Duggan will be re-signed to the Chargers’ practice squad should he clear waivers. Duggan, 22, was a Heisman trophy finalist and led TCU to the national championship game during his senior year.
