Chargers Made Four Moves, Elevated RB Nyheim Hines

Per Adam Schefter, the Chargers are elevating RB Nyheim Hines and OT David Sharpe from the practice squad. In other moves, Los Angeles also placed DL Da’Shawn Hand on injured reserve and signed OT Bobby Hart to the active roster.
