Owen Daniels will be out for at least eight weeks. According to ESPN, the Texans' starting tight end is being placed on Injured Reserve with designation to return. Daniels has a non-displaced fracture in his fibula. He suffered the injury on Sunday against the 49ers. The earliest Daniels can return is Week 14 against the Jaguars on Dec. 5. He can practice after six weeks. A source told CSNHouston that Daniels would likely miss only four to six weeks on Tuesday.
