A construction worker at SoFi Stadium (the future home of the Rams and Chargers) site tested positive for the coronavirus, but work on the stadium will continue. The worker is self-isolating and recovering, and those who came in contact with the individual have been notified. Workers are being made to follow social distancing guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus. The stadium is scheduled to open in July, so everyone involved is desperate to avoid a delay here given the team’s current stadium situation. Still, this demonstrates the risks of close contact right now. Hopefully the worker makes a full recovery.
