Flight path around Texas amazingly creates Longhorns logo

A pilot taking a flight around the state of Texas impressively charted a course so it created a near-perfect facsimile of the logo of the Texas Longhorns. Hook ’em, horns, indeed. The flight departed from Houston on Sunday at 4:39 p.m. and landed at the same airport at approximately 7:14 p.m., per FlightAware’s tracking data. The plane is a four-seat, single-engine Piper Cherokee owned by Colin Aviation LLC.While a remarkable feat of flight course and meticulous navigation planning, this isn’t even the first time such a feat has been accomplished. A Boeing 747-8 freighter plane painted in Seattle Seahawks livery that features the team’s name, logo and a No. 12 on the tail — a salute the team’s famed “12th Man” fan base — miraculously navigated a Seahawks-inspired flight path in 2014.
