    Tua Tagovailoa gets great news after most recent hip scan

    Tua Tagovailoa is rehabbing with the hope of being able to throw for NFL teams ahead of April’s draft, and the former Alabama star appears to be well on his way to accomplishing that goal. Tagovailoa underwent a hip scan on Monday, and Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the feedback doctors gave the quarterback was “as positive as possible.” A CT scan showed that Tagovailoa’s fracture has healed and he has good range of motion. Tagovailoa should be able to resume football activities in a month if everything continues to go well, and that could put him on track to throw at Alabama’s Pro Day in March. Either way, Tua’s agent recently said the 21-year-old is expected to hold a session where he throws for NFL scouts at some point before the draft. Considering Tagovailoa suffered what looked like a devastating injury in November, many have been pleasantly surprised with how well he is recovering.
