Not gaudy college stats (6 ints and 19 PDs) but played 4 years in the ACC, so he’s got experience.

I like him as a day 3 developmental prospect.

His pro day metrics don’t really match what I saw on tape.
Tight/lacks flexibility in his hips/lower body, plant and go is delayed, loses contact @TOR, inconsistent ball displacement timing, lunge tackler at times.
JP has a solid route tree understanding, excellent mental processor, physical, Uber competitive, good closing burst, better in zone concepts than man.
I think his NFL fit is at DS/ST Ace.

So very true!
If his medicals are cleared for a TC healthy start/long term prognosis is good, he’s an exceptional selection.
Kid is a baller with physicality, grinder mentality, tremendous physical skillset, and phenomenal playmaking ability.
