Any Small School Guys you are interested in?

For those who are newer, I'm a fan and alum of South Dakota State so I always like to see FCS players get drafted.
(and we play the Powerhouse NDSU Bison every year... twice some years)

Any small school guys that you guys are focusing on, or like for Day 2 and 3?

The Jackrabbits top Prospect this year is Corner Jordan Brown, who could possibly be a day 2 pick...
All Combine and Draft-Related Analysis, News, Video, and Biographical Information for Jordan Brown

There are some good Pro Prospects in the FCS, let's hear who you guys like!

Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

I made a post in the Stick thread.

I honestly don't know how to feel about him. He's an impressive athlete.

            LOL.

I have to laugh. I posted this thread the day of the draft, because my team plays FCS level.

Never in a million years did I think that the Chargers would Draft 3 small school players in a row.

Pipkins seems the riskiest of the bunch.

Jordan Brown from SDSU was taken by the Bengals in the 7th. He's a good player. It surprised me he dropped that much. He's good. Picked off Stick twice in 2017 game against the Bison.

Well...maybe we can wake this one back up for 2020....

I like James Robinson RB, out of Illinois State University...(My place of employment, so I might be a little biased...)nice, thick little back who had a solid Shrine week. I think we like the JJ and Eke combo, and don't feel adding to the group is important enough to spend high...however, some workhorse depth would be prudent...enter a kid like Robinson. 5'10" 220lbs....with great hands out of the backfield, has been compared to David Johnson of the Cardinals. In my 3rd day cluster for sure.
                Mock version 3.0-The "Double Mitchell"
                (Assumes "fantasy" trade with Vikes)

                11. Q. Mitchell CB
                23. A. Mitchell WR
                37. K. Jenkins DT
                69. C. Beebe OG -105. C.Gray LB
                110. R. Davis RB -140. J. Jones Slot CB
                181. T. McLachlan TE -225. J. Jean-Baptiste Edge
                253. K. Vidal RB

                  1. Dugger S/WILL/NLB. Twitchy.
                  2. Trautman TE extraordinaire.
                  3. Bartch OT with great promise.

                  All ~ round 3.
All might be tremendous value picks if they drop.

There's a round 6 OG out of Rhode Island I like,
                  but cannot remember his name.
                  Ahh. Kyle Murphy.

                  Everyone knows about Ali Marpet.
Small School overdraft to All-Pro OG.

James Robinson is one heck of a back. As a South Dakota State fan, I can verify. He's definitely got the chops to compete at the pro level... I don't know what as... maybe a change of pace type guy, but he can certainly play.

I"ll give a shout out to Jackrabbit Christian Rozeboom... MLB. Started all 4 years, All American 3 of them. Guy is just a great football player.

These dudes are Stud Sammies. 2 of my favorite prospects in the entire draft.

                      4B) JEREMY CHINN (S/LB) SIU - 6’ 3” - 219# - 9 1/2” hand - 32” arm - 77” wingspan
                      - WOW this dude just dominates in each tape I put on. Competition level is inconsistent but I’m impressed. Competition level is obviously a big question. Chinn played really well in several games against FBS teams, over his career, and against Senior Bowl prospects. Jeremy is a big, densely built muscle mass, FAST w/killer closing burst, huge motor, tremendous athlete, UNCANNY NATURAL FOOTBALL INSTINCTS, great fundamentally sound tackler, outstanding in M2M and zone coverage concepts, fills run lanes with authority, and is a serious BALLHAWK! My day 3 small school prospect who has IMPACT traits. IMPACT PROSPECT W/ELITE TRAITS.

                      4C) QUEZ WATKINS (WR) USM - 6’ 2” - 190#

                      - Quez is running under the radar right now. He possesses BLAZING SPEED/ACCELERATION, good size, ELITE body control, sticky strong hands, breaks pursuit angles, RAC all day, excellent concentration through catch point, GREAT FLEXIBILITY, relentless across the middle, produces first downs and TDs. Has value on ST/return game and speed that changes coverages. Limited route tree of mostly verticals, slants, and crossers. Underrated/under valued prospect. STARTING CALIBER PROSPECT W/ SOME ELITE TRAITS.

                      Others I like.......

                      VICTOR JOHNSON (OL) APPST
                      JAVON MOSLEY (OL) UNM
                      CAMERON CLARK (OG) CHARLOTTE
                      ADAM TRAUTMAN (TE) DAYTON
                      WOODY BRANDOM (TE) SHSU
                      CHARLIE TAUMOEPEAU (TE) PSTU
                      AKEEM DAVIS-GAITHER (LB) APPST
                      DONTE OLSON (LB) MONTANA
                      CAM GILL (OLB/EDGE) WAGNER
                      DERREK TUSZKA (DE) NDSU
                      AUZOYAH ALUFOHAI (DT) WGU
                      KYLE MURPHY (OG) URI
