I'd love us to draft OT at #6...

However, TT's track record of drafting OL is so bad that I am not sure it is talent evaluation (all miss, no hit?) or our OL coach (cannot coach up?)....

    Go Bolts!!!

We have hella decision to make @ #6.

I am now liking Javon Kinlaw,
      more than even Derrick Brown.
Hope you guys look at some film.
He is thick, long and explosive. Dude destroyed in Mobile. He will rise. This is the way to go !

Put Kinlaw at 1Tech. Mebane can give him a rest occasionally. Rotate JJ and Tillery at 3Tech. I expect Tillery to come on in year two.

With Bosa, MI, Nwosu and Rochell on the outside,
this would give us an SF level front. Let's just see how the 49ers defend KC. Must see TV. Put Patrick on the ground !

I remain convinced, to the chagrin of the massive number of Oline-centric Trenchers, that we need IOL, much, much more than OT. Plus, leadership at the Pivot--it's that important. Doable @ #37 +.
We do not play modern football.

According to B. Brooks, J. Herbert (QB), D. Brown (DT), I. Simmons (S) and two OT (M. Becton and A. Thomas) will be on the board at 6.
IMO, the Chargers have no right to be wrong.

            We should be so fortunate.

After the Senior Bowl... much like after the Senior Bowl where we selected Rivers... I have a feeling it's going to be Herbert.

              Just my feeling.

In Daniel Jeremiah's initial look at Round 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft, he has four QBs -- including Joe Burrow and Tua Tagovailoa -- going in the top 15. Who else landed on DJ's first mock draft of the year?

I don't see anyway where Kinlaw drops to 25.

Wilson's height will be his biggest inhibitor at the next level and the largest reason for his late-round value. It remains to be seen if he can throw effectively from the pocket at the next level.

maybe they said the same thing about Brees...Why did Rodgers fall?

In 2005, only the 49ers needed QB. A. Smith was their choice.
After that, nobody could pass on R. Brown, B. Edwards, C. Benson, T. Williamson, D. Ware, S. Merriman and ...
                      T. Davis.

                        Ouch
3 RBs in the top 5 that year, how times have changed...and poor old Cedric (RIP).

The Buccs "passing" on Rodgers for Cadillac... I guess it did pay off kinda for that season. That's the kind of thing that makes me wonder if Gruden will go with a veteran QB again this year even if they dump their carr

Rodgers was tutored by Cal Coach Jeff Tedford to throw from too high a position.

Aaron completely changed his throwing motion at GB.

It really, really helped to sit for a while...LAC take note.
