Valid point Lone Bolt. But offensive coordinators and head coaches change. I'm thinking long term here and honestly believe Fromm could be the answer.

BTW I think you choice of RB Johnathan Taylor in the 2nd is definitely a good fit with our current Head Coach. Taylor could surely be the bell cow of the offense. He has the size you want in an every down back and possesses that breakaway speed to take it to the house on any given play.

I like your thinking Marconi. Any mock that recognizes the importance of a 1st round OT gets my attention. The big question after that is to pick a QB that fits what AL is looking to do... be mobile and take care of the ball. Fromm might be that guy. 3rd or 4th might be where he lands. I would have to compare him to other BPA's available in those slots.

Nice job! You got 7 rounds for us...?

Oh, your preaching to the choir...Fromm might be my favorite prospect, when thinking long term...I watch his film, and it is way better than the pundits are ranking him...all because of his size and arm and athleticism...but he is neck and neck with Tua as the most complete QB. He really is a Brees clone...he will never be an RPO guy, but more discipline with mechanics and his arm is plenty strong enough...pro training will help his arm get better anyway, the same way it helped Brees.

Not a popular prospect on this forum...and I have my doubts about TT and Lynn liking him...but I sure do. Simmons or OT in the first, playmaker in the second, and this guy in the 3rd? Roll with Tyrod for a year or two? I would be down with that.
          The TPB makes plans....

          And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Fromm isn't mobile. He ran a slower 40 than Rivers.

If you watch his film, he is far more mobile than Rivers, regardless of 40 time. However...I certainly wouldn't classify him as a mobile QB, in that he is a true threat to take off running..but he moves well in the pocket, and can roll out fairly well.

Did you know Rivers as a college sophomore @ NCState had 10 TDs on the ground?

Is Fromm more mobile than this? Rivers in his college days but starts out with a HS play at the very beginning. At 2:26 play for Rivers lol..just funny to see now. There are other mobile plays in there, just got to find them...5:10 is another. 7:37.....11:10....12:04.....14:35. Video is mostly LOW quality.

Been watching Phil for many years now...have seen all of Fromms games now...most of them twice. He would immediately be more mobile than Rivers ever was for us from the day he started...don't know anything about what he did in college on the ground, or in the pocket.

I wonder if that knee really did him in, mobility wise...makes sense.

Well yes, but this is when Rivers was Fromms age. He was more mobile than he is now. Just saying Fromm isnt any more mobile than Rivers was back then. Ive added more time slots in that post to see Rivers mobility. So if you dont know anything about him from college, maybe take a look? He was twice the QB Fromm is.

So I watched your video...pretty neat. Twice the QB, though? That just isn't true...and look who Fromm plays against. If we are gonna watch highlight videos, maybe you should try watching Fromm's...looks pretty damn good to me.

Fromm not a mobile QB? Well that makes him even more of a fit as a Charger QB. I always thought that was a team prerequisite.
