                      I think he’s a one hit wonder.

                      He was OC of the Browns and led them to the 32nd ranked offense in the league. He was then OC of the Dolphins and led them to the 20th ranked offense in the league.

                      Bounced around in college for a bit and came to Buffalo for a year and now suddenly he’s a genius?

                      I’m not buying it. Aren’t the Chargers done hiring HCs from the Bills coaching staff? The last one they hired should have them weary.

                        He has that Bills Offense dialed in. Allen & Herbert have similar skill sets so the transition wouldn't be that much of an overhaul. He didn't have the same talent at QB at his previous jobs & there is something to be said for gained experience.
