Just wow. That does not look good.
But let the law run it's course. One thing I know for sure, you can't believe a damn thing that anyone says.

Wonder how the Bills will handle this. The NFL can’t do anything since it allegedly happened before he was drafted.

Sdsu knew about this. I think another player accused might still be with them. The details are sickening and brutal.

Its tough even reading something like that. WTF. As a father of adults and teens its maddening to hear of the lack of brains that these idiots used and its probably not the only time it occurred. Alcohol…sure makes for stupid sometimes.

              Why didn’t SDPD charge them?

That is what has me kind of scratching my head. None of us know what really happened and, unfortunately, stuff like this happens way too frequently. But if it was so overwhelming damning as that read...why hasn't anybody been charged with a crime? Seems pretty cut and dried, if what was reported is true. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

If you read further down in the suit details, it shows how SDPD worked with the plaintiff to gather further evidence with text messages, and it looks like it worked. Up until that point the case may not have been as strong, like a "he said, she said," or "it was consensual." With the text messages now, this is a lot more solid proof a D.A. looks for to go to trial.

The system in place is slow and inefficient for rape victims.
