All this being said, the mental game of baseball has prohibited more "physical sure bets" than anyone thing (probably including injuries)... Point being, nobody is a sure bet.
Win the mental game & let your baseball tools flourish (regardless how physically gifted you are) ... David Eckstein had .25 ( point two-five) tools and had a fantastic MLB career. He could hit for average a ill' bit & that's it. But what Eckstein had over most in the game was confidence & mental stability. His parents did a fantastic job of raising him... It showed in his demeanor, approach to the game, attitude etc....

Eck had a solid fundamental base. Good footwork, and a trained batting eye without the batspeed. Everything that was coachable he absorbed like a sponge.
A great attitude to top it all off.
The kind of guy that scouts say will never be a difference maker has a WS MVP trophy and 2 rings.

I know but the commentators kept saying it so i just went along with it. Puig/Trout maybe Harper come to mind.

Harper may not hit for average, Trout doesn't have a plus arm, and Puig is the bomb w/potentially all the tools.
