This forum looks good. Got the 80's colors going. Not sure why but it looks good. In any case, i havent seen a Padres game since about 2007 when i was at Petco. I cant watch them on DirecTV without paying for it and no fucking way im going to pay for it when im 300 fucking miles away and should be able to see them for free when they are on the schedule.... MLB is a ripoff that way. I dont have to pay to see the Chargers when they are on the schedule.

Then GM Mike would often pull his starting pitcher during the first inning with the score 0-0 if he didn’t like what he saw. Nowadays, pitchers get left in when it’s 4 to nothing in the first inning.

Yep, Stanman is inconsistent. Seems to always serve one up at the worst time. Padres needed better starting pitching and they got it but the bullpen was shit last year too.

The Dodgers buying a team with deferred money is fucking non-sense. MLB is broken, they win the world series in dominant fashion and now spend more deferred money and get international free agents.

Happy opening day everybody! A’s fans are free to roam and if they get hot we’ve earned the right to hop on the bandwagon. I’ll be watching Skenes, Bryan Woo, the Pirates, Phillies and DBacks this year in fact thinking about going to AZ for Pirates vs DBacks in July. I ordered the MLB package this year and I’m coaching six days a week until the end of May so I just want to come home and watch baseball. Good luck to all and throw gas baby. ⛽️
