He said the media buzz that Slater blocked Young, is over rated because they only went against each other for 3 plays....My 2021 Adopt-A-Bolt List

Mock drafts are rarely accurate so don’t concern yourself with others mock draft results.
Study prospects via film and make your own judgements.
Give a little credence to pundits that actually worked as an NFL team scout or in the personnel department.
The others have no more expertise than you do.My 2021 Adopt-A-Bolt List

Short armed tackles get exposed in the NFL when longer pass rushers get into their chest. At 330 lbs Sewell has enough anchor to neutralize this effect. Slater may not. Just food for thought.
I am more impressed by that analysis than I am Slater's favorable showing against one good edge rusher, which I consider to be evidence of a more anecdotal nature. That is not enough evidence of likely success against all NFL edge rushers for me to overlook the measurables for a first half of the first round selection.
The bad news is if other OT needy teams think the same way I do and do not take Slater, then it is not inconceivable that Darrisaw would not even be there for us to take at #13.
Also, Minnesota is sitting right behind us at #14 and they need an OT. It is not difficult to imagine them trading up to get ahead of us as that trade may not be all that costly. They should be able to move all the way to #10 with their pick at 3-78, which is worth exactly the difference in draft pick values on the trading chart of picks #14 and #10.

take CB and figure out OT in a later round
