Yes me too. Another whimpy rule change would be another step to make the game worse.

      IMO its for player safety.
players in motion, would be use as blockers in the onside kick, and hard hits are what today's NFL is trying to avoid

the current on-side kick rules really prevent any recovery by the kicking team. I was actually for the 4th and 15 try if it woulda made the game a little more competitive...as it is now the onside kick is not competitive at all.but I ABSOLUTELY HATE the defenseless punt returner rule change even more than I hated the defenseless WR rule. You're not defenseless when you have the option to call for a fair catch. So does it mean coverage guys can hover right over the returner now? Cuz if they dont the returner will have a chance to get away before the coverage can tackle. as stated earlier this rule change is gonna have a profound impact on guys like child-beater hill...cant tackle him until he's had a chance to survey and make a move...SMH stupid rule!

Every year they make the game worse with rule changes. Wont be long that we will get tired of watching it. I get frustrated watching it now. Hate seeing flags every other play with bad calls on more than half of them.

Finally something positive out of Covid. I remember when I had season tickets for years and I would always have to pony up regular price for 2 or 3 pre-season exhibitions.......

I'm for this as well...upping practice squad to 16.
With training camps still set to start next month, the NFL is considering making yet another league-wide adjustment due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
