    HGH

I have been thinking about this recently and I really believe the rash of injuries, and more importantly the seemingly longer recovery times of players are directly effected this season by the HGH testing.

I have no doubt the NFLPA sent out a memo during this offseason warning players that testing would be coming this year and its time to get off the HGH if you are on it. This is likely why we are seeing players take so long to recover, and even more prone to injury. I have no doubt in my mind, apparently HGH is commonly used for recovery rather than just pure strength training.

    Thoughts?

P.S: I wish Jerry Attaochu would get back on the HGH so he could get on the field. Worlds longest hammy strain...

I think there's going to be some big name guys whose performance goes down next year. Guy likes JJ Watt. God just doesn't make many supermen.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Bad hammies are a bitch to recover from. My daughter plays soccer and had a bad hammy that kept her out for 4 months last season. She tried to come back after a month and play through it, made it worse and had to sit out for 3 months.

Hammy's are probably the worst muscle pull to recover from. Also notoriously easy to re-injure.

I'm no Dr but I'd add groins to that. Hammy and groin injuries just seem to linger for so long.
