Would we of had the same successful running game with Ohrnberger in there ? Or was Watt really the difference maker with our O-Line ? Mathews had a mighty fine game, Along with Oliver and Brown....This is the 2nd time we face a top Run defense (Jets game) and have a successful running attack after fans call us dead to rights!!!!!!!!

Mathews did a lot better than Oliver. I think the improved running game had more to do with Mathews than it did any change in the O'line.

They have a pretty ferocious pass rush, sacks were to be expected and people thought Rivers would be carried off on a stretcher today. The INT was a great play by the defender and a screwup by Allen. But Rivers was 29/35 for 291. That's a very good day at the office especially with how bad they've looked the past few games.

Rivers played very well today. I liked what I saw out of the offense overall. So much for McRibgate.
